Subject: Bad condition of roads.

Esteemed Sir,
                       On behalf of the people of the village Palampur, Panchayat- Mangalpur, block- Belpara, Dist- Balangir, I would like to draw your attention towards the bad condition of roads in our villege.

Our village roads are not repaired for last 8-years. As a result, innumerable potholes have developed. This, very often, causes accidents. During rainy days, the situation is even worse. The roads become muddy pool. Our day-to-day works are affected severely. School going children of our villege can not attend their classes during these days. Also, because of this, people from other villages and sometimes our relatives hesitate to visit us.
          Therefore, I humbly request you to take appropriate actions towards this as soon as possible by which I shall be ever thankful to you. Thanking you.
